TERMS AND CONDITION

1. All Payments made are not refundable. All extension stay payments are to be settled by 12.00 noon. Extended check out time is subject to extra charges. The Management have rights to blacklist any guest without any given notice.
2. Money, jewels and other valuables are brought to the premises at the guest’s sole risk. The Management accept no liability and shall not be responsible for any loss or damage thereto and guests remain solely responsible for safekeeping of any such items.
3. I consent to usage of my personal information for administrative and marketing purposes. The Management guarantees not to disclose information to third parties other and affiliated companies.
4. I am aware of the homestay rules provided/ sent via whatsapp message and I promise to obey the rules while my stay in the premise.
5. By giving my personal information upon checking in, I HEREBY AGREE TO RESPONSIBLE to any hard stains, damages, missing items including keys and access card given. Management have authorized to collect damages and missing item’s claim from me.
